Why create something like this?
Providing actionable content that makes selling online easy is our jam. Don't believe us? Check out our Seller Success Series, which is constantly being updated with helpful tips and tricks.
At the same time, we realize that there's not always time to browse through help articles and sometimes you're simply in need of a quick answer. Or, you might need clarification about a basic function of the site, like billing cycles or building hand-picked lists. So we gathered information about the most important or frequently asked about topics on the site and compiled them in one place. Think of this like a Facebook album of your most liked photos, or a condensed version of your favorite book featuring all the best parts. Using the guide
Since this guide is pretty lengthy, we added a few key features to maximize its usefulness. At the top of the page, you'll see the Table of Contents. Each letter has a link to its corresponding topic. All sections in the A-Z guide include a link at the bottom that will bring you back to the Table of Contents. We've also included links to related topics within the guide, should you have further questions or want to learn more about similar features on Bonanza.

I am green behind the ears on selling with Bonanza ..it has been exhausting learning and adjusting to each website policies. I want to please all involved but it is difficult w/o one on one communication. Especially when you get scolded :)
Thank you. I’ve been watching for a new blog for a while, glad to see one up. Is it possible to make a request for a blog topic? I’d love to see a blog on SEO as in how the owners of Bonanza feel just what SEO means and how to best implement it in our listings or even our booth details page and profile page (in depth would be awesome). Yes, I’ve got a good idea of it on my own, but I am always looking for fresh insight, etc. Would really appreciate it.

I am in my 3rd consecutive day with zero views. 8 of the past 13 days have been zero views. Only 47 views in the past 30 days. No sales either.
Not much traffic here at all compared to other sites I’ve been on.
9 years is a long time in internet years for this site to be online.

After reading the comments above I just want to leave my one small positive one.
The few times that I have had a question for Bonanza staff they have responded to me personally.
I also I found that reading the community comments has been very helpful.
While it is frequently just human nature to want more and to want better, I also appreciate what a very hard task. It is to have a website that is so very large and is trying to service so many people with so many different needs.
We all need to keep expressing our needs and wants to Bonanza while keeping in mind that they are only human, just like each of us.
I feel that I was deceived on the fee cost. I thought it was 3.5% but found I was paying 9%. I also thought I was getting a trial on the store and I was just looking at website. I clicked on them and was charged for both. Also, they have not reimbursed the $3+ they took out of my bank acct. to see if it worked. I love having a new venue to sell in but one sale in over two weeks is not going to cut it. I will be cancelling my store if things do not improve and go the free route. My website is still DOWN. I can not do a slide show. What am I paying this for?

I’ll stick with Bonanza because I have been on Ebay and Etsy both was very disappointing and when I got hacked on Ebay they did nothing to help me and wouldn’t let me close my account until I paid all the claims, and Etsy lets some people sell worms but stopped my account saying worms were not allowed to be sold. So far I am very happy with Bonanza and will stay. Thanks for reading. Paula

I am hoping the new ways to market garner more sales. Sticking with you guys since you are still the best humans out there!
Just started my booth again after a few years. Hope it is better than last time. Still getting used to the new Bonanza but it will take time. I agree that management should advertise Bonanza more, it would be worth it to them also!

like the way Bonanza displays the listing items and no cost just to list. Need more buyers for old technical items. Good linking to eBay site but should keep listing going until seller takes them off not eBay. Keep growing.

Love the “New Guide”, nice having all the info in one place. Great job.
Bonanza has grown a lot in the last couple years. I have been watching and just joined a couple weeks ago. Very easy to use and many options to sell at. Having fun playing around with Bonanza.
I’m at 9% now, getting a few sales, going to jump to 19% and see how things go. Hope more sales will follow. :)
