Shipping policy

As a payment method we accept PayPal, Checkout by Amazon and money orders, but if you wish to use different method, please contact us so we can make other arrangements. In case of Buy It Now price, immediate payment is greatly appreciated. In all other cases payment is expected within 3 days. If you need more time, please contact us to discuss the details.

We offer fast FREE shipping in continental USA, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. International buyers must contact us for an exact quote before making any purchase. Depending on the item’s weight, it will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We usually don’t e-mail delivery confirmation numbers, as you can always track your shipment from transaction details on Bonanza or payment details on PayPal. All orders are normally processed within one business day. Our business hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Time.

Return policy

Please read our descriptions carefully. We are trying to describe everything in as many details as possible, but if you still have questions, please don’t hesitate to ask. We’ll be more than happy to answer and provide you with additional pictures if required. Generally we don’t accept returns unless we greatly misrepresented the item’s description or sent you the wrong item. Please contact us immediately if you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason.
Orders returned for reasons other than seller’s mistake will be charged 15% restocking fee to cover the expenses we incurred and time involved in processing those returns. Thank you.
