Vintage Women's M - 1XL Black Tunic Swimsuit Sheer Cover Up Shoulder Pads

Here's a cool, sheer lady's swimsuit coverup. It is a bit stiff so not sure if that is the type of cotton used or if it needs some softener in its next wash. Slit at hem. Really pretty though. Gently preowned showing no visible flaws.

Sleeves (from shoulder) = 19 inches
