This stunning vintage brooch or pin is in the shape of a flower blossom with prong set faceted marquise and round rhinestones. The stones are brilliantly hued in a deep pink and form the petals of the flower. It consists of 16 marquise shaped rhinestones and 9 round shaped rhinestones (a large round one in the center). All the stones are prong set into an enclosed bezel gold tone backing. Although it is unsigned it is most definitely a quality designer piece (reminds me of the Juliana Jewelry). This is one of the prettiest brooches I have seen in a long time! It is most likely from the 1950s tp 1960s.

This is in very good vintage condition with all the stones intact and sparkling. There are no dark or missing stones. There are light surface scratches on the top of some of the stones. You don't see them without magnification, but I wanted to point that out. The brooch measures 2 inches in diameter. It is fairly heavy and beautifully made. It weighs .9 ounces on my postage scale, which converts to 25.51 grams. It has a safety catch locking clasp on the back.

This would be a perfect spring brooch to wear to look "Pretty in Pink" Pinned to your jacket it will add that special splash of color. It is truly a beautiful piece of art jewelry in the shape of a flower blossom, an amazing brooch!
