Promotional Pals

You must send Darcy777 via private message , the venues you will be promoting on. For example, your Twitter ID, blog URL, etc.. One of the moderators will add you to the membership list ASAP. Please be patient with that.

Membership rules: (The following may be tweaked once I have some experience with this thread and see the need for changes.)

1. Understand that you must send Darcy777 what ever venue you plan on promoting on. If, for example you plan on using Twitter, Darcy777 must have your ID before you will be added to the list. This way Darcy777 can verify you are indeed promoting as agreed by joining this thread. Please do not message Darcy777 that you want to join and then not include the required information.
There is no need to follow Darcy777 or anyone else currently on the member list via Twitter.

2. It will be helpful if you list an item from your shop you would like promoted. The way busy people do not have to browse everyone’s booth to find something to promote and can quickly get to the task at hand.

3. Promote an item from each of the members in a section in a day. I am sectioning off in groups five. Currently we have 2 sections. Promote 1 section 1 day and the 2nd section the next day, via your promotion venue(s) throughout your day until you have promoted everyone in the section. This way your Twitter or blog followers are not overwhelmed with ads.

4. Please post the items you promoted. It helps bump the thread to get noticed and helps Darcy777 keep track of who is active.

5. You will be removed from the membership list if Darcy777 or a moderator, does not see evidence of you promoting the members of the list for 48 hours. If you are removed, not to worry, one can easily re-join. It really really is nothing personal.

6. Darcy777 reserves the right to remove a member based on disrespectful or hostile posts to this thread. Personality conflicts happen. It’s a fact of life. However one will benifit from learning to not react and to let the negative energy go as best one can. A removed member can re-join after a cooling off period of 2 weeks. This is not meant as a punishment but a way to keep the thread productive.

 

7. More rules may be created as the need arises.

What to expect. Darcy777 will monitor that the members of the Promotion Pals club have promoted via the above terms and add a ~ to their booth links in the membership list. Each new day the list will be refreshed.
