Tagged medium,  I'd say this runs a little large, but please rely on the following measurements:

waist:  at rest 17" across or 35".  The cinch cord runs all the way through/around the waist so it can be cinched in quite a bit, easily down to 14" across or 28" waist.

length approx 38" 

hem sweep:   104"

Condition: The condition is nice with no serious flaws, no holes or serious stains such as ink.. There are a few spots on the suede here and there but nothing outstanding.
