Waist is 45" around and measures 22.5" across laying flat one way. Inseam is 28.5" and leg opening is 8.75 laying flat across. Rise is just shy of 12". These have been washed and are ready for you to wear once you get them. I bought these and thought they would shrink up more and they did not. So I can't wear them. My loss is your gain.
