Octopus Suncatcher

Made for a window or a covered porch to let the sunshine through.
-A mix of clear and teal crystals and beads with a touch of handcrafted chainmail.
-The Octopus is painted with turquoise accents.
-The chainmail is handmade in mixed weaves, swirls and Endless vortex spirals.  I used stainless steel and teal & purple aluminum.

Chainmail is made by linking --patiently and skillfully-- one ring at a time to form a design or weave.  I'm addicted and I love the work/fun.

The back includes a purple lava bead, add a drop of oil/perfume for some wonderful aromatherapy.
Lots of open rings for you to add your own trinkets.
The total length measures just about 9" long X 2 1/4" wide.
