Welcome and thanks for visiting!

I am offering the vintage 1967 Italy 100 Lire Minerva Stainless Steel coin # 168.

The lira (plural lire) was the currency of Italy between 1861 and 2002. Between 1999 and 2002, the Italian lira was officially a “national subunit” of the euro. However, physical payments could only be made in lire, as no euro coins or notes were available.

OBVERSE: Wreathed head left REPVBBLICA ITALIANA.
REVERSE: Minerva standing left, holding staff, tree to left L 100 R date.
Edge: Reeded.

Measurement: 28 mm.
Weight: 7.9 grams.
Condition: VF (VeryFine), see photos.

As a coin collector I DO NOT clean any of my coins to preserve the original patina, if you wish to clean the coin/s I will leave it up to you.

I’m willing to drill a hole in the coin with NO Extra Cost if you needed for Jewelry Making.

The coin you see in the photo is the coin you get.

Fantastic for your jewelry, craft projects, Steampunk, collage art projects or just a great addition to your antique coins collection.
