Please keep the following in mind when bidding.  New open box customer returns many times show heavy signs of shelf wear.  The box may have had several shipping labels removed.  The box may be compromised and have extra tape on it.  Packing materials may not be the same as when the item came from the manufacturer.  We will make note in the listing of any missing parts, damaged areas, or anything that would make us think the item is not brand new. These items are generally customer returns.  Many times we repackage and add packing material to ensure your item arrives safe.
