If you would like me to guaranty playback, there will be an additional dollar charge (minimal payment to put it in a player and confirm operation).
All items that aren't NEW or FACTORY SEALED are tested before being listed. The only exception to this is for items sold in broken condition.
Unless specifically noted, none of my items come with any manufacturer’s warranty.

PayPal is the ONLY form of payment and all packages must be shipped to the address on the account used for payment. Double check your address when you are checking out, If you have moved, update the address before paying. We cannot change your shipping address after checkout. Do not email us asking to change your address as this is against PayPal Fraud Prevention Rules. You are responsible for the address you provide at the time you order. If you give us the wrong address, you will be responsible for the loss of the item and shipping costs.
RETURN POLICY
Whenever item is listed as fully operational and delivered non-operational. Since all items listed are those pictured, claims of damage, marks, etc., illustrated in the photos, will NOT be permitted (items damaged in shipping will be covered by insurance). Please understand, I photograph every item as they are being packaged on the day shipped!!
If hours to notify me by email, and 72 hours to have it shipped back to me. Claims made outside of those time frames will not be permitted. You will pay all return shipping fees unless we otherwise agree and/or pursuant to policies.
Paid returns are only allowed for items that were improperly advertised, such as broken items that were said to be working or if the wrong item was sent. Returns are NOT allowed for any NEW items that the buyer has opened or unwrapped.
Please read the listing completely to make sure you want this item before buying. I'd much rather you NOT buy an item you might not want, than buy an item you will end up returning and paying for!
All items will be shipped by UPS ground, FedEx ground or USPS depending on the size, weight and delivery location – THE CHOICE IS SOLELY THAT OF THE SELLER. USPS media mail is used for books, CDs, DVDs or LaserDiscs. All items must be shipped with a tracking number (if you want tracking for media mail, please let me know and I will add the surcharge on the invoice). using your address. The calculated shipping fee is based upon a guess of the total shipping weight and dimensions of the item packed – since most items are unique for me (I’m not in the business of selling these items) and they are not packed until purchased and paid for, the precise shipping fee is not known until I receive confirmation of payment and pack the item up. In addition to the shipper’s fees, there are other expenses involved with the shipping process. Shipping costs include insurance (you will be responsible for the claim process) and all and PayPal fees. In some cases, I have the cost of the box, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, air-pillows, tape, and the printing of paper forms and labels, as well as the labor involved with packing your item correctly so that it gets there safely. Also, I may drive this to the post office to get it in the system quicker!! I do not charge for these expenses. In some cases, I may over-estimate the weight or size of the package to cover errors in calculations, anticipation of available or extra packing materials to avoid breakage, and additional insurance - in all cases it is to protect you, me and the item being sent.
