Gusto comes with scarf, bells on his ears, "Merry Kissmoose" sign, and a wreath (colors will vary from picture).  All items are hot glued or sewn on and cannot be removed or damage to the stuffed animal will occur.  However, some of the glued items could come off in shipping or just because and just needs a bit of hot glue.  Each Moose is unique; the face and body could vary from what is pictured.  He is weighted at the butt.  It is fairly adjustable so you can position it.  The ears have a wire in it, so don't bend when cold or it could snap
