This gives the salt an intense smoke aroma and smoky taste, reminiscent of freshly smoked food. This wonderful smoked salt can give vegan or vegetarian dishes a strong and tasty aroma without resorting to animal products. The production of smoked salt is very time-consuming and costly, the production of smoked salt is limited to a few hundred kilograms per week. No chemical additives or flavor enhancers are used.
