All our dried mushrooms together (basil mushrooms, chanterelles, black trumpets, lentinula, agarics, pleurotus) in one package with a harmony of colors and flavors.

We select the best quality mushrooms and immediately after harvesting, we sort, clean and dry them, using the most environmentally friendly technology: our sun. After staying in the solar dryer, they are placed in the thermal dryer where at a temperature of 60oC the final product is pasteurized.

Our solar drying technology significantly improves the quality of dried mushrooms in terms of color, texture, and taste, enhancing the intensity of flavors. The main advantage of solar drying is the natural enrichment of the mushrooms with vitamin D, as ergosterol is converted to ergocassiferol under exposure to natural UV sunlight.
