Return Policies Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping when they change their mind or the item was ordered by mistake. If the item is clothing the buyer is responsible for return shipping in cases that the item does not fit or the buyer does not like the item. Once return items are received and inspected a refund will be issued for the cost if the item minus any original shipping fees. In cases where the wrong item is received or the item does not match the ad description seller will assume costs of return shipping. Once the return item is received and inspected a full refund will be issued. If the item arrives damaged, a damaged item case will be opened via the shipping carrier (USPS, FEDEX, UPS) Please provide detailed photos of the damaged item and the damage to the shipping box. Once proof is provided a refund will be promptly issued without the necessity of returning damaged products, except in cases where the seller deems the item salvageable or requests the item be returned. When applicable a replacement item may be sent at no additional cost to the buyer. If an item arrives damaged and an exact replacement is available via multiple quantity listings a new item will be sent without the necessity of return of damaged item. The buyer shall provide the seller with detailed photographs of the damaged item and packaging before the replacement is approved. The seller reserves the right to alter or change these return policies on a case by case basis.
