Please note: Dress is meant to be glittery and probably has excess loose glitter in the bag. Please open carefully on paper or plastic, then use hair spray or light craft spray glue to spray the glitter to hold it in place. Let dry, then carefully shake outside or over a sink or canister to removed remaining loose glitter. You will Glimmer, Glow and Outshine everyone else!
