Replacement Heating Element OSTER Food Steamer CKSTSTMD5-W (NO BOTTOM BASE!!)

New condition HOWEVER this DOES NOT HAVE THE BOTTOM PLASTIC BASE (It arrived to us cracked so we removed it).  This could be used to replace a dead heating element.  Please refer to photos.
