Louisville Stoneware Kentucky Vintage Golfer Pottery Figurine Rare. 
There is a hole by the golf hole, piece on back and plastic cork stopper on the bottom.

Measures approximately 5 1/2" long, 3 1/2" wide, 6 1/2" high.
