Products: A good majority of the products that we have listed are all new products that have been purchased directly from a supplier or from a 3rd party wholesaler. They are all brand new unused products that come in original packaging unless otherwise stated. 

Shipping: We do our best to make sure all items are shipped within 48hrs, but may take 72hrs. This excludes Sundays and Holidays. Orders received after 11am Est on Saturday won’t be shipped until the following Monday. We deliver all of our orders directly to the selected shipper, so normally orders are dropped the next day or same day if received early enough. Due to changes in pricing and shipping policies, the Free Shipping option may differ from the original listed shipping type depending on the type and weight of the item.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds: We are a small independent business that deals in liquidation and wholesale goods. We do our best to be as detailed as possible in our item condition descriptions. We try to ensure that anything we post is in working order and is as described, if for some reason we are wrong about an item or miss something in the description we will be more than happy to work with you to resolve the issue in the most reasonable and fair way possible. All issues MUST be reported to us directly within 14 Business days to be eligible for a refund or replacement. We are more than happy to send out replacement items as long as we have them in stock, if not, we will issue a refund or discount as necessary. If you decided that you don’t want an item and would just like a refund for it, it must be returned in the original UNOPENED packaging. If the item is damaged or shows signs of use, you may not receive a full refund of your purchase price. Return shipping price will be deducted from your refund value and depending on the size/type of the item a $5 restocking fee may be deducted as well. Please keep in mind that any business done will be handled through’s communications channels to ensure that everything is documented for your safety and ours.
