New open box. This has been sitting in the garage in its box since 1997 and has never been assembled.  It will be shipped in an outer box.

The rectangle top frame without the glass measures 20x16".  The glass remains sealed.  It appears from the design diagram that the glass top is a couple inches wider than the rectangular frame on each side.
