We have plenty of Ostrich Fern growing naturally around our shop, so for every purchase we can guarantee it's a fresh as possible. Plus, it's a wild and living plant, making each order unique and special. In nature the plants have 2-7 ft tall sterile fronds, brown-stemmed with slight scaling at the tapered points. Fertile fronds may be shorter with pinnae turned inward to create an ornamental beaded plume throughout winter. The rootstock is creeping and clustered urn-style, meaning you get more Ostrich Fern goodness than one could expect! Though they go dormant during winter, the sight of this rustic yet structured beauty will have your guests in awe all year round.
