Vintage Metlox Calif USA Sombrero Cowboy Hat Band Ceramic Chip & Dip Bowl

It measures approximately 14 inches across and three and 3.75 inches at the tallest point it is a sombrero or cowboy hat, chip and dip bowl on the bottom is stamped METLOX California USA. There are no chips or cracks. It does look like there is some crazy in it I can’t really tell if that is just the way it’s made but it’s in very good condition. Thank you for looking.
