RETURNS, REFUNDS and DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
All sales are final, except for damaged goods. If your shipment is damaged when it arrives, Please contact us within 3-5 business days, (not counting the day your shipment arrived, weekends or Holidays). Please take photographs of the damaged package and any damages to the contents, and send the photos to us in an e-mail. Please save all damaged packaging to return with your damaged item(s).
