You Size 6. They are 97% polyester and 3% spandex and have a brushed or nubuck-like feel (or no-pile velvet). According to the tag, they have a stretch and meant to have a comfort fit. The pants fit below the waist and have a hidden side zipper. The inseam is approximately 27-1/4" and the pants measure 37-1/4" from top to bottom, but they do sit below your natural waist. At the dropped waist, the pants measure about 14-1/2" (lying flat, unstretched and they do have an elastic waist); at their widest part (hips), they're about 19" across.
