Moon Shadow grew from a dotted material that shades from navy blue to dark pink, to create a striking background for a night time scene. The moon, made of Angelina® fiber, shines on a man walking along a path, casting a dark shadow. Is this the tropics? It could be, who knows where that path leads! More Angelina® is used around the edges of the trees.

My artwork is mounted on foam core, which creates a light-weight but rigid piece with a wire for hanging and a felt backing. It is treated with a sun-block spray, although prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may eventually cause fading.
