Polka Dot Halter Dress ~ 20

This gorgeous pin-up style swing dress features a retro polka dot print and halter neckline. Pair with a red sash belt or ribbon for a different look. This dress is for all those swing loving ladies and gives a real 1950's retro feel. The red crinoline is not included but can be purchased separately if desired.
