Delicate VINTAGE 23 KARAT CANDY DISH (#0644) It is 7 ½ inches wide and the handle is 3 ½ tall.  It is edged in a beautiful Royal design.  The handle can be unscrewed for easy cleaning. It was produced by Milborn Manufacturing, licensed at 23 KT. Gold and made in the United States of America. The dish is in excellent shape no chips or cracks of any kind.
