International Buyers – Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges. We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.


PAYMENT

Retro Detroit LLC accepts all major credit cards and payment through PayPal. Payment must be made at time of purchase.


SHIPPING 

Tracking is included at no additional charge with every purchase over $6.00. Insurance is included at no additional charge for all orders over $100.00.

U.S. shipments: Quick USPS First Class domestic shipping is standard with every small item purchase. For larger parcels we utilize all the major carriers and select the best option for price and delivery to save you money.

International Shipping: Retro Detroit LLC utilizes the fastest and most economical international shipping options available. Most orders are delivered to your country within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your country's customs clearance processing.

All shipments are sent to your registered PayPal shipping address. If your purchase needs to be shipped to a different address please contact us through the messaging system for approval.
We reserve the right to not ship to alternate addresses if it violates policies or is to a country we do not ship to.


RETURNS

To keep our costs (and yours) low, we do not allow returns unless the error was ours. Please carefully review item descriptions, including photographs and ask any questions before purchasing to avoid any issues.
In the rare event that we goof and you need to return anything please contact us for instructions.

No return requests will be honored after 7 days from item receipt.
