Can I Exchange or Return my Item to your Store?
Yes you can, but in order to decrease the amount of returns, please read below:
If you do not love any items purchased (excluding undergarments such as socks, underwear etc..), they may be returned for a refund or store credit. We are in the process of revising pictures for over 2,000 listings to make sure you know exactly what you are purchasing. If you are unsure about an item and would like more pictures, you can request for more detailed pictures. Please message us before you purchase your item if you are unsure about what you are seeing.
Return within 14 days from when you received your item, refunds will credit back to the original payment method.
You have an option to have a merchandise credit for future purchases, please email us before starting a return. Buyer pays the return shipping, unless they received the wrong item.
Keep in mind, we offer free shipping on most of our items. So we pay for your shipping, plus and paypal fees. Every return we get is a loss for us. In order to make up for this loss, we charge a restocking fee of 5-15% when we process your refund.
