Vintage Native American Leaf Ring Sterling Turquoise Signed Woman
Handmade 1970s
Women's Ring
Size 5 1/4
Leaves Nature Leaf Design
Silver Raindrop Beads

This is a beautiful Native American Sterling Silver and Turquoise Ring handmade from Sterling Silver. The band of the ring separates into a split band. The frame is a traditional Native American style with leaves which are inspired from nature that curve gracefully around the center Turquoise stone, which is a lovely sky blue or robin's egg blue with dark inclusions and matrix. The leaves are accented by 3 sterling silver raindrop beads, one in between each leaf. The Turquoise is set in a bezel similar to a sawtooth. It is signed with what looks like the initials HM (difficult to make out) and SS for Sterling Silver. This ring was purchased in the 1970s but could have been made earlier.

The ring is in excellent vintage condition as you can see by the enlarged pictures. I have not polished it and there is a lovely patina to it. The top of the ring measures 7/8 of an inch wide and 1 inch long. It weighs .3 ounces on my postage scale, which converts to 8.50 grams. It measures size 5 1/4 on the ring Mandrel (see picture).

This would be such a lovely ring to wear, the design is exquisite with terrific details and quite artistic. It would be a perfect addition to your collection of vintage Native American Jewelry.
