Mercury Teardrop Blown Glass Vintage Christmas Ornaments 
 
Set of five (5)  Two blue, two red, one red and gold with silver tip
 
These were handed down over the years, not sure of their origin, I was told that one of these came from Germany or Denmark, but the caps on two of them are stamped Made in USA, one cap has no markings, and one I can not wuite make out (see photos)... so not sure about the history of these ornaments or if the caps are original or replacements, but I do recall decorating our tree in the 40's or 50's with these, which were then were packed away and forgotten
 
CONDITION: Fair condition for their age, have been used, no original box, there appears some crackling in the paint on one of the blue ornaments, and one of the red ornaments has sustained some loss of color when a well meaning helper tried to clean with water. (NOTE: do not clean with any wet liquid, and dust carefully with a soft cloth only)  PLEASE SEE PHOTOS to examine condition. Sold as is Returns only for items damaged in transit (see below)
