This is a Vintage Beautiful Collectible Wooden Fan (#0702). It has intricate carving throughout the blades, but 2 are broken. I would try to repair it, but figured I would leave it up to the professionals. I have no idea what the material is (wood or plastic?) it belonged to my mother who was born in 1911. It is 7 inches long and when opened it has a spread of 12 inches. Please see pix for a complete description.
