Valentine Gauthier designs her eco and ethno-conscious collection with social responsibility and the world economy at heart. Having completed her degree in geographic ethnology, aiming to become an ecological engineer, Valentine switched to architecting clothing. Launching in 2008, the Parisian designer focuses on sourcing only natural materials selected from their respective regions of origin for her womenswear and accessories collection. Having previously worked with contemporary French houses Rochas and Maison Martin Margiela, Gauthier has developed a reputation for creating sustainable luxury.
