The Handpainted, Design depicts a Starry, Night with a Full Moon and a Smiling, Jack-O-Lantern sitting beneath it with a Black, Crow perched upon a Tree Branch holding a Banner in it's Beak that says "Happy Halloween" on it, that's repeated twice. This Scene is Handpainted in Beautiful, Prim, Colors and then has an Antique Finish applied over the Top, to give it that Great, Aged, Grungy, Time-worn, appearance with a Sealer to Finish it off.
