The silver tone chain will detach to make this into a clutch bag if you wish. Inside lining is black cloth with back wall slip pocket. It does not state the material so I am guessing at jacquard as that is what it feels like to me. Retails for about $40.00 new at the store. If you love cats your gonna love this bag. Not too small and not too large but just right I think in size.
