Active ingredients per capsule:
Celadrin 500 mg, sodium ascorbate 45 mg of which vitamin C 40 mg.
Administration method:
Internally, one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the evening, during the meal.
In special situations or if you want a faster improvement, you can increase the dose to 3 capsules per day (especially for the knee joint) or to 4 capsules per day (especially for the hip joint).
Duration of use:
Minimum duration of 3 months, 2 capsules per day, without a break.
