Used seat belt.  This is the RH (passenger's side) rear.  This is only for a convertible.  This is a retractor (the piece that pulls and returns).  It is in working condition.  Some minor belt fading.  This is medium gray, which is color correct for 98-99.  We pulled the belt out as far as possible for photos (being held with a clamp, not included), it retracts properly.  Fits the following:

98-99 Camaro Convertible
98-99 Firebird/Trans Am Convertible
