This is a hack of Streets of Rage 2, adding TMNT characters to the list of playable characters, all with unique moves.

Designed to work on the original GENESIS consoles.  Tested on Sega Genesis Model 2 and Model 3.  Will not work on clone consoles like AtGames or Retron 5.
