This beautiful collection plate has a couple blue paint dots on the front edge and a gold streak on the back edge from the manufacturer. See close up pictures. Consider pictures part of the description.

The box shows a stain on the front I tried to highlight with the ruler. The rest of the box shows dents and scuffs. I would say the box is in fair condition.
