Epoxy glue these onto earring backside. Use any standard earring clutch or back. (not included but available in another listing).
The post is approximately 1mm diameter or the size of 20 gauge round wire. The post length is approximately 12mm long. You can use a rubber earring backs if you want to maintain the no metal aesthetic. I like the flower shaped rubber earring backs as they are a bit larger for most earring styles
