Brand new, from the 1990s.  I am not sure if this really a complete set, but back then, this is how they were sold (I owned a comic book shop back then, and have a big bag of these still for some bizarre reason).

Includes a few different Ultraman figures, a few different monsters, and something that looks like a teddy bear.  Frankly, I don't remember Ultraman fighting a giant teddy bear.

They are new, come complete in original capsules with papers, as displayed (see photos).
