Shirt pocket and collar pinholes only from their discs and name badge. Rank patches on both sleeves and an Army Air Defense on the left shoulder. If you wear this size you know how hard it is to find in a vintage good quality Army shirt/jacket, it would not surprise me if I had to buy another hundred of them before I find another 46. Shipping is no frills wrapped in brown paper, it won't get hurt any and it will keep it under a pound for most advantageous rate wherever.
