(2 mm), with welding rod 1/16? or 5/64? or 3/32?, using welding current about 50A. Can this welder machine weld stainless material? Yes, use E308L rod, you can also weld cast iron, mild carbon steel or sheet metal. What size breaker do i need to run this welder? If you use this stick welder 110v to weld 3/32-inch rod, usual 20amp breaker is okay, but we suggest you use 30amp breaker. It's best to use 40amp breaker if you use 1/8-inch rod with maxmium current. SAFETY CAUTION: Wear eye, ear, and body protection equipment. Insulate yourself from welding machine and ground.
