We’d like to update you regarding recent temporary issues with item images not displaying properly on Bonanza.
These interruptions occurred on Thursday evening until Friday morning, and again briefly on Tuesday morning.
The issue was related to intermittent connection errors between our image storage system and the global delivery network that displays photos across the site.
While this caused some images to appear missing for several hours, we want to reassure you that no photos or listing data were lost — all content remained safe on our servers.
Our engineering team has since stabilized the system and implemented additional monitoring and safeguards to prevent similar disruptions in the future.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience these outages caused and appreciate your patience and understanding while we worked to restore everything.
