Shipping policy
UNITED STATES: For the USA, combined shipping is pre-set within Unify Retail Store so that buyers can make multiple purchases and proceed to checkout without having to make contact for a combined shipping quote, unless, of course, you would like to make contact.
There are three flat rate shipping tiers at Unify Retail Store as follows: $4.95, $6.95 and $9.95.

Examples of combined shipping being pre-set (buy the first listing at the highest shipping amount specified and each additional listing after that ships free) are as follows:
First example: Customer adds an item to their cart that costs $6.95 to ship. Customer then adds an additional item to their cart that ships for $9.95. Buyer will pay one shipping price for the two items at $9.95.
Another example: Customer adds an item to their cart that ships for $4.95. Customer adds an additional item to their cart that ships for $4.95 as well. Buyer will pay one shipping price for two items at $4.95.
Another example: Customer adds an item to their cart that ships for $4.95. Customer adds an additional item to their cart that ships for $6.95. Buyer will pay one shipping price for two items at $6.95.
Another example: Customer adds an item to their cart that ships for $4.95. Customer adds an additional item to their cart that ships for $6.95. Customer adds an additional item to their cart that ships for $9.95. Buyer will pay one shipping price for three items at $9.95.
I normally ship via ground advantage mail with the USPS, which is a 2-to-5 business day delivery to you. Occasionally a package will ship as priority mail, a 2-to-3 business day delivery or UPS ground mail, a 4-to-9 business day delivery to you.
Additionally, Unify Retail Store will ship the most economical way for multiple items purchased. On rare occasions, it may be necessary to ship your items in more than one box in which Unify Retail Store will always make contact about this prior to shipment.
If you should need a package shipped using a faster shipping method, I can also do a shipping upgrade. Just email ahead of time for an upgraded shipping quote.
Packages to the USA ship with a tracking number.
Seller ships within 2 business days from Florida. Tracking on your package is included as well as shipping insurance.
Products are normally delivered within the number of working days shown within each listing. In case of a delay in delivery, Unify Retail Store will inform you and continue to monitor the order. There are reasons beyond my control that a package will be delayed such as inclement weather conditions and holidays.

Refunds available: See booth/item description for detailsIf your purchase arrived damaged in the mail or not as described, returns are accepted within 7 days from the time that you received your package to include a complete refund on the product price and shipping expenses.
Step one: Email thankxforyouremail@gmail.com within 7 days from receipt of your package explaining the reason (s) for the return.
Step two: Include your name and the product you wish to return in the email along with your order number. We only ask that 1 photo be included in the email in the case of a damaged product. You will receive a response within 24 hours acknowledging your email. We will send your shipping label via email as USPS postage and will include in the email what day (s) to drop your package off at the United States Postal Service.
Step three: Once you have received the label, package the product securely by using the same packing technique as how you received the package, making sure to use the original box and original packing materials. Securely tape the shipping label to the exterior top of the box. Any fragile products will require the word “Fragile” to be placed on the outside of the box.
Step four: Once the package is ready for USPS for the date specified to you, please bring your box to any USPS near where you reside. It is important to use the same box and packing materials. In not doing so, this would change the information that we have to give USPS.
Step five: Upon receipt of your package, we will provide a full refund through Paypal within 1 business day. This refund will include the price for the product and any original shipping expenses. Note that all original tags and paperwork that originally accompanied the item upon arrival to you should be included in the return package in order for this return policy to apply.
It is totally our concern to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Within the body of the text, please include the product (s) name that is being referenced as well as your full name and address that the package was shipped to.
All sales are final unless the item (s) arrived damaged or not as described.

WHERE APPLICABLE MANDATORY LAW DOES NOT PROVIDE OTHERWISE, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO DIRECT DAMAGES NOT TO EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO US IN CONNECTION WITH THE APPLICABLE TRANSACTION, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES ARE WE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT DAMAGES SUCH AS LOSS OF EARNINGS ETC.
