I have a wonderful life! I’m a published author, but my super powers were raising my children and working as a registered nurse case manager for chronically ill children in Alaska with the Inupiak and Yupik Peoples. I’ve enjoyed working with adults and children throughout the nation, including the Marshallese in Hawaii, with Assiniboine, Blackfeet, Cherokee, Chippewa, Cree, Crow, Gros Ventre, Kootenai, Little Shell Chippewa, Northern Cheyenne, Pend d’Oreille, Salish and Sioux in the western states, Georgia, South Carolina and Maine, the Navaho Nation and the Pueblo Peoples in New Mexico, and with the Potawatomi, Chippewa/Ojibwe in Michigan, and Romani in the American south. (Now retired). I love solitude and quiet, am inspired by nature, and love to read, write, travel, craft, create, be self-sufficient, organize things and learn new things.
