Shipping policy

Normally we ship your order within 2-3 days but it take a little bit longer if order was placed when holiday or weekend.
Your order will be ship from our warehouse in Singapore, Hongkong or China.

We use economy shipping with tracking code but you are able to upgrade to faster such as EMS.

1. Worldwide Shipping (Free Shipping):

We do ship worldwide except:
- Africa (except Egypt and South Africa)
- Asia (except Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Brunei, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand & Middle East). Contact us if you would like to check if your area is covered by our shipping courier.
- South America (Except Brazil & Argentina)

2. Worldwide Shipping (EMS/Fedex/DHL/TNT):

We do ship worldwide by using EMS, DHL, Fedex, TNT etc. Bear in mind that this shipping cost extra. Just contact us if you need this shipping method.

3. All of our products are 100% brand new unless otherwise stated in the description above.

4. Package may be opened by customs for inspections especially contains battery.

5. Your order maybe returned back to us if item is not allowed to export in your country.

6. Please inspect your order upon receipt.

7. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns with warranty issue.

8. Shipping and Handling fee is Non-Refundable.

9. We reserve the right to retract bids from any bidder with a history of negative feedback/non-payment. Please respect the integrity of Bonanza, only bid if you intend to follow through with your purchase

10. Shipping and Handling fee is not negotiable

11. We reserve the right to file Non-Paying Bidder Alert if payment is not received within 7 days after auction ended

Return policy

Replacement product available for DOAs
  • Return Incorrect Item Received *

If the item you received is completely different from the one you ordered, please contact us.

If return is necessary, replacement plus shipping cost reimbursement will be issued to you on receipt of return proof. Please be sure that the incorrect item you return is in the original package and the merchandise is in the same condition in which it was received.

After receiving the incorrect product, please kindly provide us with proof as below:

- The photos or video of the incorrect item(s) - The photos, video or screen shot showing the malfunction of the defective item(s)

Because different batches of the products are supplied, the item logo or packaging you received may vary from the one displayed on our website. If all the functions and appearance of the product prove to be correct, please understand that this case will not be included in this policy.
