2. Return Authorization (RA#) is required for all returns: contact us for RA#
… Returns without an Authorization Number may be refused.
… Return Postage will not be credited. Use of a small padded envelop and US Postal Service is advised.
… RA# is valid for 3 days.
3. Items returned for other reasons will be subjected to a 25% Restocking Fee.
