A temporary goodbye to my bonanza friends

Hello.

My husband and I sold our home in NC and we will be moving back to Florida, which is the state my husband and I were both born and raised. My mom, who lived with me up until the past few months until she broke her hip is in a nursing home and I’ll be having her medically transported to a nursing home the day I leave from NC.

It will be a good move for my family. I’ve wanted to be back in Florida a long time ago but it just was never the right time until now. We close on August 15th.

I wanted to make sure and post this since there have been friendships made whether it be in these forums and/or by email.

I could be off of Bonanza for 3 months or up to a little over a year but I will be back. Till then, hold the Bonanza fort down and make lots of sales. I wish everyone nothing but the best.

My booth will be put on vacation at the latest Saturday night.

Thanks,

Sharon

Thank you graceful. I always enjoy reading what u have written. Just keep working at it and being your unique self.

Sharon,

I’ll miss your comments in these forums. Enjoy Florida (again) and hope to see you back here soon(er). Tell the Realtor that a contract is a contract and take as many days as stated in the agreement to move out. Best wishes.

Thank you very much, Tom.

EmpressDepot says: August 09, 2019

I can tell u must have experience in contracts of homes wanting to close earlier than what was signed for? Yes, we are being pushed to close 2 days earlier. It is very stressful on that end right now.

tomwayne1 says: August 10, 2019

Stick to the contract or ask the buyer to compensate in some manner if they want you out earlier. Make your real estate agent (if you have one on your end) do all the work in that regard.

I hope all the best for you and your family. Thanks for being one of the first to welcome me to Bonanza. I hope to see you back, as soon as you get settled. Will be thinking about you as you make this move and with your Mom. I moved my Mom many years ago and do understand your many challenges. Blessings & prayers, Patty
