Bonanza was somewhat absurd to put my store hold status when the buyer made an unreasonable request when not carefully considering the terms of purchase and the expected delivery date.
The items listed I calculated the shipping preparation date and expected delivery time. The buyer has accepted when dealing with us so cannot say that we did not comply with the sales policies on Bonanza.
The delivery time for my items is 1 – 10 days but only 2 days after the buyer ordered they contacted Bonanza and immediately my booth was suspended. I am a premium seller with Silver. What are the interests of sellers in this case. I was very disappointed when I registered a premium account. We are not protected in any case of purchase

If you messages with the buyer dealing with this issue, with the buyer agreeing to the arrangement..send them to support and explain what the situation.
The hold is done for a booth until the issue until the issue is resolved.
It would also be a good idea to fill out all of your booth details..in the booth settings..
ie The Overview
Payments and Purchases
Shipping and Returns
If this information is filled in, it will show under your Avatar when people view your booth
If this information is stated clearly in your booth, then there probably would not have been a hold..as it is..your policies are neither visible to your buyers nor bonanza
